摘　　要：目的:探讨疾病预防控制中心护理工作人员知觉压力调查现状及相关影响因素。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月榆中疾病预防控制中心58例护理工作人员作为研究对象,采用中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)评估知觉压力现状,依据CPSS评分分为高压力组、低压力组,收集一般资料,开展logistic回归分析,获得影响疾病预防控制中心护理工作人员知觉压力的独立危险因素。结果:58名护理工作人员CPSS评分为(25.15±2.34)分,其中高压力26例,低压力32例;两组婚姻状况、加班时间、身体健康状况、生活满意度、社会支持度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。已婚、加班时间≥5 h/周、身体健康状况一般或较差、生活满意度一般、社会支持度欠佳为影响疾病预防控制中心护理工作人员知觉压力的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:已婚、加班时间≥5 h/周、身体健康状况一般或较差、生活满意度一般、社会支持度欠佳为影响疾病预防控制中心护理工作人员知觉压力的独立危险因素,需高度重视,做好调整工作,降低知觉压力水平。Objective:To explore the current status survey and related influencing factors of perceived stress among nursing staff in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Methods:A total of 58 nursing staff members from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)was used to assess their perceived stress status.They were divided into high pressure group and low pressure group based on the CPSS score.The basic data were collected and logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify independent risk factors that affected perceived stress among nursing staff in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.Results:The CPSS score of 58 nursing staff was(25.15±2.34)points,including 26 cases of high pressure and 32 cases of low pressure;There was a statistically significant difference in marital status,overtime,physical health status,life satisfaction,and social support between the two groups(P<0.001);The married,overtime≥5 h/week,average or poor physical health status,average life satisfaction,and poor social support were independent risk factors affecting perceived stress among nursing staff in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The married,overtime≥5 h/week,average or poor physical health status,average life satisfaction,and poor social support are independent risk factors affecting perceived stress among nursing staff in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.It is necessary to take them very seriously and perform well adjustment to reduce perceived stress level.
