摘 要:该文先分析当前化学品包装用铁桶生产过程中,部分内桶存在杂质,通过人工对内桶进行清杂的方式引出铁桶生产线生产效率低且生产成本增加等问题,提出通过研制与开发化学品包装用铁桶自动清杂设备以解决内桶清杂问题和生产效率低的方法,并介绍该方法具体的系统总体设计思路、系统机械结构设计、电气控制设计和具体的内桶清杂过程。最后分析该设计的有益效果,经过该设计对生产线的改进,不仅节省化学品包装用铁桶生产过程人力资源成本,提高生产安全率,还保证产品的生产质量,一定意义上实现生产现场的“无人化”。This paper first analyzes that there are impurities in some of the inner drums in the current production process of iron buckets for chemical packaging,which leads to the problems of low production efficiency and increased production cost of the iron drum production line by manually cleaning the inner buckets.This paper puts forward a method to solve the problem of cleaning impurities and low production efficiency by developing and developing automatic cleaning equipment for iron buckets for chemical packaging.It also introduces the specific overall design idea of the system,the mechanical structure design of the system,the electrical control design and the specific cleaning process of the inner barrel,and finally analyzes the beneficial effect of this design.Through the improvement of the production line,it not only saves the human resource cost in the production process of iron drum for chemical packaging,improves the production safety rate,but also ensures the production quality of the product.In a certain sense,it also realizes the"unmanned mode"of the production site.
