摘 要:上下同步全逆作法因施工临时占地少、环境污染小、工期节省等优点在城市中心区开发中被广泛使用,其中的钢筋安装工程是超深、超大地下室逆作的重难点。为解决超深基坑上下同步逆作钢筋工程中钢筋吊运方式、后置构件和梁板结构钢筋安装问题,提出“吊物孔+塔吊、电动葫芦多种吊运方式+后置构件钢筋悬挂安装+梁柱接头钢环板节点做法+梁柱接头环梁节点做法+型钢混凝土组合结构跃层施工梁柱节点做法”的逆作钢筋工程施工工艺,有效解决施工中垂直运输、水平运输、质量检查与模板工程工序搭接等问题,同时提高施工质量,加快施工进度。The synchronous total reverse construction method is widely used in the development of urban central area because of its advantages such as less temporary construction area,less environmental pollution and time saving,in which the installation of steel bar is an important and difficult point in the reverse construction of super-deep and super-large basement.In order to solve the problems of steel bar hoisting mode,post-member and beam-slab structure steel bar installation in the synchronous top-down reinforcement engineering of ultra-deep foundation pit,this paper puts forward the reverse reinforcement construction technology of"hanging hole+tower crane,electric hoist+steel bar suspension installation of rear member+steel-column joint steel ring plate joint method+beam-column joint ring beam joint method+beam-column joint ring beam joint method+beam-column joint construction method of steel reinforced concrete composite structure".The problems of vertical transportation,horizontal transportation,quality inspection and overlap of formwork procedures in construction are effectively solved,and the construction quality is improved and the construction progress is accelerated.
