2011~2022年张家界市声环境质量变化及对策建议

摘　　要：根据2011~2022年张家界市区域环境噪声和道路交通噪声监测结果进行了分析,结果表明:该市区域声环境质量整体处于"较好"水平,生活噪声源是影响该市区域声环境质量的主要污染源;该市道路交通声环境质量整体处于"较好"水平,但道路交通噪声超过70dB(A)的道路长度逐年增加。结合影响张家界市声环境质量的主要原因,从综合运用国土空间规划成果、强化社会生活噪声源管控、突出道路交通噪声源管控等方面提出了加强噪声污染治理、改善城市声环境质量的对策建议,为管理部门提供决策参考。According to the analysis of the monitoring results of regional environmental noise and road traffic noise in Zhangjiajie from 2011 to 2022,the quality of the regional acoustic environment in Zhangjiajie is generally at a"good"level,and the domestic noise source is the main pollution source that affects the quality of the regional acoustic environment in Zhangjiajie;The acoustic environment quality of road traffic in the city is generally at a"good"level,but the length of roads with road traffic noise exceeding 70dB(A)increases year by year.Combining with the main reasons that affect the quality of the city's acoustic environment,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the control of noise pollution and improve the quality of the city's acoustic environment from the aspects of comprehensively utilizing the results of land space planning,strengthening the control of noise sources in social life,highlighting the control of road traffic noise sources,and providing decision-making reference for the management department.
