摘 要:为探讨弯曲隔板对双蜗壳离心泵水力特性的影响,对直隔板和弯曲隔板的双蜗壳离心泵进行数值模拟,以能量性能、内流场和叶轮径向力为水力特性评价指标,研究了弯曲隔板及隔板不同弯曲曲率半径对水力特性的影响。结果表明:相较常规直隔板,采用弯曲隔板能提高扬程和效率同时随着弯曲曲率半径的减小,扬程和效率逐渐提高,在设计工况扬程提高4%,效率提高1%;在偏离设计工况时,提升效果不明显;在设计工况,弯曲隔板双蜗壳泵内压力场分布均匀,低压区范围小,隔板到隔舌的能量损失小,该现象随着曲率半径的减小进一步改善;采用弯曲隔板较直隔板能较好地平衡径向力,相同工况下曲率半径越小叶轮所受径向力越小,在偏离设计工况运行时,径向力平衡效果显著,在设计工况,隔板曲率半径为150 mm方案相比直隔板方案叶轮所受径向力减少11%。In order to clarify the relationship between curved rib and hydraulic characteristics of double volute centrifugal pump,the numerical simulation of the double volute centrifugal pump with the straight rib and curved rib were carried out.Taking energy characteristics,internal flow field and impeller radial force as evaluation indexes of hydraulic characteristics,the influence of curved rib and different bending curvature radius of rib on hydraulic characteristics was studied.The numerical simulation result indicated that curved rib can effectively improve the head and efficiency than straight rib.Under the design conditions,the head of the curved rib case is increased by 4%,and the efficiency is increased by 1%.With the decrease of the radius of curvature of curved rib,the head and gradually increase and the improvement effect is not obvious under the off-design operation points.In the design operation point,the pressure distribution in the double volute pump with curved rib is uniform and energy loss from rib to the tongue is small which is further improved with the decrease of the radius of curvature.The curved rib can balance the radical force than straight rib.With the decrease of the radius of curvature,the effect of radial force balance was improved which is obvious under the off-design operation points.Compared with straight rib,the radial force acting on the impeller of double volute centrifugal pump with curved rib is reduced by 11%under the design operation point.
