摘 要:以提高失效液压缸活塞杆激光熔覆再制造的质量、效率为研究目的,提出了逆向数据采集与激光熔覆路径规划相结合的再制造工艺方法。首先,通过对活塞杆失效形式分析,利用三维扫描数据采集、点云处理、数据逆向,得到了失效区域模型;然后,通过对激光熔覆路径规划、工艺参数设定;最终,得到了激光熔覆再制造工艺。结果表明:该方法能够有效对活塞杆进行再制造,技术、经济、环境方面具有可行性,该工艺能够达到甚至优于原品技术要求。With the aim of improving the quality and efficiency of laser cladding remanufacturing of failed hydraulic cylinder piston rods,a remanufacturing process method combining inverse data acquisition and laser cladding path planning is proposed.Firstly,through the analysis of the failure form of the piston rod,the failure area model was obtained by using 3D scanning data acquisition,point cloud processing and data reversal;then,the laser cladding remanufacturing process was finally obtained by planning the laser cladding path and setting the process parameters.The results show that the method can effectively remanufacture the piston rod,with technical,economic and environmental feasibility,and the process can meet or even outperform the technical requirements of the original product.
