摘  要:随着北京市对古树保护的重视度越来越高,首都绿化委员会办公室制定了《北京市古树名木保护规划(2021—2035年)》。古树街巷的更新优化是将古树保护与景观更新相结合的有效手段,而使用者作为与古树街巷具有直接联系的群体,其对古树街巷的感知与评价,对更新改造的方向起着至关重要的作用。以定阜街为研究场地,运用SD法对问卷进行设计,运用因子分析法及IPA分析法对通过问卷所收集的数据进行了分析,调查了居民、游客、专业人员对定阜街各项空间感知要素的评价结果,并结合因子分析和IPA分析法,得出:各项空间感知要素影响被访者感知评价结果的重要性权重,以及各项感知要素当前表现与被访者心理期待值的差距,因此古树街巷的空间优化更新应从打造空间特色、丰富空间类型、优化古树保护措施等方面进行提升。In recent years,Beijing has paid more and more attention to the protection of ancient trees,and the Office of the Capital Greening Committee has formulated the Beijing Ancient and Famous Trees Protection Plan(2021-2035).The renewal and optimization of ancient tree streets and alleys is an effective means to combine the protection of ancient trees with landscape renewal.The user,as a group directly related to ancient trees and alleys,plays a crucial role in the direction of renewal and renovation.Taking Dingfu Street as the research site,this paper uses SD method to design the questionnaire,uses factor analysis and IPA analysis method to analyze the data collected through the questionnaire,investigates the evaluation results of residents,tourists and professionals on various spatial perception elements of Dingfu Street,and combines factor analysis and IPA analysis.It obtains that the importance weight of each spatial perception element affects the respondent's perception evaluation results,and the gap between the current performance of each perception element and the respondent's psychological expectation.Therefore,the spatial optimization and renewal of ancient tree streets and lanes should be improved from the aspects of creating space characteristics,enriching space types,and optimizing ancient tree protection measures.
