基质添加茶枯饼对铁皮石斛生长的影响初探

摘　　要：茶枯饼作为有机肥在提高农作物的品质和产量方面具有重要贡献。研究了向培育基质中添加茶枯饼对铁皮石斛生长的影响,并通过贡献率定量评估了茶枯饼对铁皮石斛生长指标的影响。结果表明:不同基质类型添加茶枯饼对铁皮石斛叶片数增长的影响存在差异,其中2%和5%的添加量会明显促进生长,而10%的添加量则会抑制其生长。其中,NC1、NC2、SNC2处理对铁皮石斛株高的贡献率分别为12.20%、13.79%和2.86%,SC1、SC2、NC1、NC3处理对铁皮石斛节数的贡献率分别为78.57%、368.75%、78.00%和38.89%,SNC2处理对铁皮石斛叶数和叶长的贡献率分别为2.86%和2.69%。因此,茶枯饼在农业中的应用有巨大的潜力,未来需要开展长期的监测实验来进一步研究茶枯饼对铁皮石斛的影响。Tea seed cake,as an organic fertilizer,plays an important role in improving the quality and yield of crops.This study investigated the effect of adding tea seed cake to the cultivation substrate on the growth of Dendrobium officinale and quantitatively evaluated the contribution of tea seed cake to its growth indicators.The results showed that the effect of adding tea seed cake to different substrate types on the growth of Dendrobium officinale leaf number varied,with 2%and 5%additions significantly promoting growth,while 10%addition inhibited growth.Specifically,the contribution rates of NC1,NC2,and SNC2 treatments to Dendrobium officinale plant height were 12.20%,13.79%,and 2.86%,respectively,and the contribution rates of SC1,SC2,NC1,and NC3 treatments to the number of Dendrobium officinale nodes were 78.57%,368.75%,78.00%,and 38.89%,respectively.The contribution rates of SNC2 treatment to the number and length of Dendrobium officinale leaves were 2.86%and 2.69%,respectively.Therefore,the application of tea seed cake in agriculture has tremendous potential,and long-term monitoring experiments are needed in the future to study the effect of tea seed cake on Dendrobium officinale.
