摘 要:以3年生细叶云南松1年生穗条为研究对象,采用不同激素组合溶液,研究了组合溶液浓度对云南松扦插条生根情况的影响。结果表明:IAA、IBA和NAA混合激素溶液浓度分别为0.35、0.35和0.20 g/L时,对云南松扦插条生根发育影响显著(P<0.05),生根率高达38.2%,浓度过高和过低均影响云南松扦插穗条生根情况。可见适宜浓度的3种激素溶液混合后对云南松扦插条生根效果显著,结果可为云南松扦插种植提供参考。To investigate the effects of different treatments on rooting of Pinus yunnanensis cuttings.In this paper,3-year-old fine-leaved Pinus yunnanensis 1-year-old cuttings were taken as the research object,and different hormone combination solutions were used to study the effect of combination solution concentration on the rooting of Pinus yunnanensis cuttings.The results showed that when the concentration of IAA,IBA and NAA mixed hormone solution was 0.35,0.35 and 0.20 g/L respectively,the rooting development of Pinus yunnanensis cuttings was significantly affected(P<0.05),and the rooting rate was as high as 38.2%.The rooting of cuttings of Pinus yunnanensis was affected by the concentration of too high and too low.the suitable concentration of three hormone solution mixed with the cutting of Pinus yunnanensis rooting effect is significant.This study can provide theoretical and practical guidance for cutting planting of Pinus yunnanensis.
