摘  要:以广西国有大桂山林场为研究区域,选择林龄为1、2、4 a的桉树人工林土壤以及邻近撂荒地土壤(CK)为研究对象。采集表层原状土样(0~20 cm),通过湿筛法将其分为>2 mm、1~2 mm、0.25~1 mm和<0.25 mm粒径团聚体,并测定了不同粒径团聚体中碳氮相关酶(β-葡糖苷酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶和脲酶)活性。结果表明:不同林龄桉树人工林土壤碳氮相关酶活性在<0.25 mm粒径团聚体中最高,说明该粒径团聚体对土壤酶具有一定保护作用。在种植桉树过程中,各粒径团聚体的酶活性呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,在林龄为2 a的桉树人工林中最高。因此,在桉树种植后期(2 a以后),应重视土壤碳氮相关酶的保护,从而维持土壤养分循环和提升土壤肥力水平。In this study,the state-owned Dagui Forest Farm in Guangxi was selected as the research area,and the soil of 1、2、4 a Eucalyptus plantation and the soil of adjacent abandoned land(CK)were selected as the research objects.The surface undisturbed soil samples(0~20 cm)were collected and divided into>2 mm,1~2 mm,0.25~1 mm,and<0.25 mm aggregates by wet sieve method,and the carbon-nitrogen related enzyme(includingβ-glucosidase,sucrase,protease,and urease)activities in soil aggregates with different sizes were determined.The results showed that the soil carbon and nitrogen related enzyme activities of eucalyptus plantations with different stand ages were the highest in the<0.25 mm aggregates,indicating that these aggregates had a certain protective effect on soil enzymes.In the process of Eucalyptus planting,soil enzyme activities in the aggregates with different sizes increased first and then decreased,and the highest activities were found in the 2 a Eucalyptus plantation.Therefore,attention should be paid to the protection of soil carbon and nitrogen related enzymes in the late planting period of eucalyptus plantation(after 2 years),so as to maintain soil nutrient cycling and improve soil fertility level.
