摘　　要：目的:比较Siemens 3.0T超导磁共振扫描仪进行DWI与DCE-MRI检查诊断前列腺疾病的价值。方法:选取60例前列腺疾病患者,均接受Siemens 3.0T超导磁共振扫描仪进行DWI与DCE-MRI检查,以病理结果为“金标准”,分析Siemens 3.0T超导磁共振扫描仪进行DWI与DCE-MRI检查诊断前列腺疾病的效果。结果:病理学检查显示32例患者为前列腺癌,28例患者为前列腺良性病变;Siemens 3.0T超导磁共振扫描仪进行DWI与DCE-MRI检查后显示前列腺癌27例,DWI与DCE-MRI诊断前列腺癌的准确度、灵敏度与特异度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DWI与DCE-MRI联合检查诊断前列腺癌的准确度为95.00%,灵敏度为96.88%,特异度为92.86%。结论:Siemens 3.0T超导磁共振扫描仪进行DWI与DCE-MRI检查诊断前列腺疾病的效果确切,DWI的诊断前列腺癌的灵敏度与特异度稍高于DCE-MRI,联合应用可进一步提高诊断效能。Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of DWI and DCE-MRI with Siemens 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance scanner in prostate diseases.Methods:A total of 60 patients with prostate diseases were selected and all underwent DWI and DCE-MRI examination with Siemens 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance scanner.The pathological results were taken as the“gold standard”to analyze the diagnostic effect of DWI and DCE-MRI examination with Siemens 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance scanner for prostate diseases.Results:Pathological examination showed 32 cases of prostate cancer and 28 cases of benign prostatic lesions.27 cases of prostate cancer were detected by DWI and DCE-MRI with Siemens 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance scanner.There was no significant difference in the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of DWI and DCE-MRI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer(P>0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of DWI combined with DCE-MRI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer were 95.00%,96.88%and 92.86%respectively.Conclusion:The diagnostic efficacy of DWI and DCE-MRI by Siemens 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance scanner is accurate.The sensitivity and specificity of DWI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer is slightly higher than that of DCE-MRI,and the combined application can further improve the diagnostic efficacy.
