骨创伤治疗仪辅助外固定术对创伤性骨折患者的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:分析创伤性骨折患者的骨创伤治疗仪辅助外固定术治疗作用。方法:在2020年1月~2022年1月入院治疗创伤性骨折患者中,抽取80例作为数据研究基础,结合均等原则对其进行对照组与观察组随机划分,每组各40例,外固定术为对照组研究方案,骨创伤治疗仪辅助外固定术为观察组研究方案,通过血清学指标、疼痛程度等指标分析治疗作用。结果:观察组治疗后血清骨形态发生蛋白-2(Bone morphogenetic protein-2,BMP-2)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子-2(Insulin-like Growth Factor-2,IGF-2)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)等优于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组骨痂形成时间和骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:创伤性骨折患者给予骨创伤治疗仪辅助外固定术方案治疗,效果显著,应用价值较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of external fixation assisted by bone trauma therapeutic instrument in patients with traumatic fracture based on statistical data.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2022,80 patients with traumatic fracture were selected as the basis of data study,and the control group and the observation group were randomly divided according to the principle of equality.All patients were included in 40 cases.External fixation was the study plan of the control group,and external fixation assisted by bone trauma therapeutic instrument was the study plan of the observation group.The treatment effect was analyzed in the dimensions of serological indicators,pain degree and other indicators.Results:After treatment,the serum levels of Bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2),Insulin-like growth factor 1,(IGF-1),Insulin-like Growth Factor-2(IGF-2),and Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);The postoperative pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The time of callus formation and fracture healing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of traumatic fracture with external fixation assisted by bone trauma therapeutic instrument is effective and valuable.
