套扎线在腹腔镜阑尾切除术阑尾残端处理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析套扎线在腹腔镜阑尾切除术阑尾残端处理中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年1月~2022年10月临床本院住院部收治的阑尾炎患者70例为本次研究对象,研究采用随机数表法方式进行分组,将70例患者平均分为对照组35例(给予常规处理)和观察组35例(给予套扎线进行阑尾残端处理),对两组患者手术治疗后的并发症发生率以及住院时间等进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率(5.71%)明显低于对照组患者(17.14%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者术中出血量、住院时间、肛门排气时间以及手术用时均低于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:套扎线在腹腔镜阑尾切除术阑尾残端处理中应用价值更高,观察组患者治疗后,患者手术成功率更高,并发症发生率更低,住院时间更短。Objective:To analyze the application value of ligating suture in the treatment of appendiceal stump after laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:A total of 70 patients with appendicitis admitted to the inpatient department of our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were the objects of this study.The study was divided into groups using a random number table method.70 patients were evenly divided into a control group of 35 cases(treated with routine treatment)and an observation group of 35 cases(treated with ligation thread for appendix stump treatment).The incidence of complications and hospitalization time after surgical treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.71%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.14%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,anal exhaust time and operation time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of suture ligation in the treatment of appendiceal stump after laparoscopic appendectomy is higher.The observation group has a higher success rate of operation,a lower incidence of complications,and a shorter length of hospital stay after treatment.
