高通量血液透析、常规血液透析联合ARTIS血滤机血液滤过治疗对血液透析患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察在实施血液透析患者治疗的过程中高通量血液透析与常规血液透析联合ARTIS血滤机血液滤过对其生活质量造成的影响。方法:本实验研究对象的纳入时间介于2020年1月~2022年6月,共包括在医院接受血液透析治疗的患者72例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组(n=36,高通量血液透析)与对比组(n=36,常规血液透析联合ARTIS血滤机血液滤过)。结果:两组患者治疗前后生活质量、甲状旁腺素、β2-微球蛋白水平均无明显差异,P>0.05。两组患者治疗前血磷水平无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后实验组患者明显低于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论:两种方法对于血液透析患者来说均可以获得相对一致的生活质量,但是高通量血液透析的治疗简便且费用较低。Objective:To observe the effect of high-flux hemodialysis(HD)and conventional hemodialysis combined with Artis hemofiltration on the quality of life(Qol)of hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 72 hemodialysis patients were enrolled in this study from January 2020 to June 2022,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=36,treated with high-flux hemodialysis)and control group(n=36,treated with routine hemodialysis combined with Artis hemofiltration machine).Results:There were no significant differences in quality of life,parathyroid hormone and β2-microglobulin levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum phosphorus level between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;After treatment,the serum phosphorus level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Both methods can achieve relatively consistent quality of life for hemodialysis patients,but high-flux hemodialysis is a simple and low-cost treatment.
