桂林优利特URIT-1600全自动尿液分析仪与显微镜检测法在尿常规检验中的应用对比

摘　　要：目的:分析在尿常规检验中用全自动尿液分析仪(桂林优利特URIT-1600)与显微镜检测法的检测价值。方法:将2020年1月~2022年12月本院收治的接受尿常规检验的60例患者作为本次观察对象,所有研究对象均需要采取全自动尿液分析仪(桂林优利特URIT-1600)与显微镜检测法,比较分析不同检验方式下检验的灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值。结果:比较可见,桂林优利特URIT-1600全自动尿液分析仪检验灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值明显高于显微镜检测法,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在尿常规检验过程中采取全自动尿液分析仪可在一定程度上提高对尿常规的检验价值,较显微镜检测更具有较高的灵敏度与特异度,可为临床诊断与治疗相关疾病提供可靠的检查依据。Objective:To analyze the detection value of the automatic urine analyzer(Guilin Ulter URIT-1600)and microscope detection method in routine urine test.Methods:60 patients who underwent routine urine tests in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.All study subjects were required to use a fully automated urine analyzer(Guilin UriT-1600)and a microscope detection method to compare and analyze the sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value,and positive predictive value of the tests under different test methods.Results:By comparison,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of Guilin Urine Urine Urine Analyzer URIT-1600 were significantly higher than those of microscope detection method,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of routine urine examination,the automatic urine analyzer can improve the value of routine urine examination to a certain extent,and has higher sensitivity and specificity than the microscopic examination.It can provide reliable examination basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
