摘 要:目的:研究细胞沉淀仪法对无菌体液中结核杆菌的检测效果。方法:本研究选取2019年1月~2021年1月于本院做结核杆菌涂片检查的患者120例作为研究对象,对所有患者的无菌体液分别采用传统抗酸染色和细胞沉淀仪法进行检测,以培养结果为检测金标准,比较两种方法的阳性检出率、灵敏度、特异度、阳性分级标准(1+、2+、3+、4+),读片时间。结果:两种方法的阳性检出率比较无意义(P>0.05);通过培养检测,共78例患者存在异常,其阳性检出率为65.00%(78/120),细胞检测的敏感度以及特异度高于传统检测(P<0.05);细胞检测和传统检测的阳性分级比较无意义(P>0.05),传统检测的读片时间长于细胞检测读片时间(P<0.05)。结论:结核杆菌的检测中,应用细胞沉淀仪法进行检测,敏感度以及特异度较高,阳性检出率更高,读片时间更短,说明细胞沉淀仪法的标本固定效果显著,应用价值较高。Objective:To study the detection effect of the cell sedimentation instrument on Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sterile body fluids.Methods:In this study,120 patients who underwent tuberculosis smears in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The sterile body fluids of all patients were performed by traditional acid-fast staining and cell sedimentation methods.For detection,the culture result is used as the gold standard for detection,and the positive detection rate,sensitivity,specificity,positive grading standard(1+,2+,3+,4+)and reading time of the two methods are compared.Results:Comparison of the positive detection rate of the two methods(P>0.05);Through the culture test,78 patients have abnormalities,and the positive detection rate is 65.00%(78/120).The sensitivity and specificity of cell detection are higher than Traditional detection(P<0.05);Comparison of the positive classification of cell detection and traditional detection(P>0.05),the reading time of traditional detection is longer than that of cell detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,the cell sedimentation method is used for detection.The sensitivity and specificity are higher,the positive detection rate is higher,and the reading time is shorter.This indicates that the specimen fixation effect of the cell sedimentation method is significant and its application value higher.
