摘 要:目的:探究肺炎患儿使用空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗对患儿的呼吸功能影响以及产生的不良反应的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年1月本院收治的肺炎患儿88例为研究观察对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,将其分为对照组(44例)与观察组(44例)。对照组患者采用超声雾化吸入治疗,观察组采用空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、呼吸功能改善情况、血流动力学及动脉血氧分压、不良反应发生率。结果:(1)治疗后,观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者呼吸功能改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组各项血流动力学指标比较对照组降低更为显著,且动脉血氧分压提升明显(P<0.05);(4)观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肺炎患儿治疗中,予以空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗效果明确,可改善患者的血流动力学及动脉血氧分压指标,并改善患儿呼吸功能,促进患儿康复,减少患儿不良反应的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of atomization inhalation of air compression pump on the improvement of respiratory function and adverse reactions in children with pneumonia.Methods:88 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases).The control group was treated with ultrasonic atomization inhalation,and the observation group was treated with air compression pump atomization inhalation.The treatment effect,improvement of respiratory function,hemodynamics,arterial oxygen partial pressure and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:①After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);②The improvement of respiratory function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);③Compared with the control group,the hemodynamic indexes in the observation group decreased more significantly,and the arterial oxygen partial pressure increased significantly(P<0.05);④The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of children with pneumonia,the effect of atomization inhalation with air compression pump is clear,which can improve the hemodynamics and arterial oxygen partial pressure of patients,improve the respiratory function of children,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
