摘 要:目的:观察远红外线照射仪对血液透析患者内瘘血流量的影响。方法:本研究对象选取时间为2021年3月~2021年12月,共包括在本院接受血液透析患者70例,将其分为观察组(35例,采取kp-b220远红外线照射仪治疗)和对照组(35例,采取常规治疗)。对比两组患者治疗前后透析血流量、血管内径、壁厚、生化指标、生命质量及并发症发生率。结果:两组治疗后透析血流量显著高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后透析血流量高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后血管内径、壁厚显著优于治疗前,且观察组治疗后血管内径、壁厚优于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清BUN、Cr、UA、Ca浓度与治疗前无显著变化(P>0.05);生命质量方面,两组治疗后显著比治疗前更高,且观察组比对照组更高,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率2.85%显著低于对照组的14.28%,但组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:远红外线照射仪可显著提高血液透析患者的内瘘血流量,确保透析疗效,应用价值较高。Objective:To observe the effect of far-infrared radiation therapy on internal fistula blood flow in hemodialysis patients.Method:The study subjects were selected from March 2021 to December 2021,including 70 patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital.They were divided into an observation group(35 cases treated with kp-b220 far-infrared radiation instrument)and a control group(35 cases treated with conventional therapy).Compare the dialysis blood flow,vascular diameter,wall thickness,biochemical indicators,quality of life,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result:The dialysis blood flow after treatment in the two groups was significantly higher than before treatment,and the observation group had a higher dialysis blood flow after treatment than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the vessel diameter and wall thickness of the two groups were significantly better than before treatment,and the observation group had a significant difference in vessel diameter and wall thickness compared to the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant changes in serum BUN,Cr,UA,and Ca concentrations between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05);In terms of quality of life,the two groups were significantly higher after treatment than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.85%,significantly lower than 14.28%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The far-infrared radiation instrument can significantly improve the internal fistula blood flow of hemodialysis patients,ensure dialysis efficacy,and have high application value.
