摘　　要：数字孪生可实现对物理实体的全部基本构成元素、内部结构或流程的映射,在医疗领域中可实现患者、解剖结构和医疗环境的实时复制。近年来,数字孪生技术的应用逐渐从工业领域延伸至医疗卫生领域,文章就数字孪生在临床路径规划、医疗资源分配、医疗结果预测等领域的应用进行综述,并对数字孪生在医疗领域的技术提升、应用场景、落地应用和伦理治理等方面进行探讨和展望。Digital twin(DT)is one of the representatives of future information technology,capable of mapping of all basic constituent elements,internal structures or processes of physical entities,while in the medical field,realizing real-time copy of monitoring of patients,anatomical structures and environments.In recent years,the application of digital twin technology has gradually extended from the industrial field to medical and healthcare.This paper reviews the application of digital twin in the fields of clinical path planning,medical resource allocation,and medical outcome prediction;discusses the technological prospect of improvement,application scenarios,implementation strategies and ethical concerns.
