摘 要:目的:探讨对本院内科患者检测电解质时分别应用全自动生化分析仪和血气分析仪的检测效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月在本院进行电解质测定的患者192例,所有患者均接受动脉血电解质检测,先后使用血气分析仪进行检测和使用全自动生化分析仪进行检测,比较两种方式的检验结果。结果:血气分析仪与全自动生化分析仪测定电解质有显著性差异,P<0.05。两台不同的仪器,在批间与批内精密度结果,都符合CLLA88误差最大允许范围的要求,但是相比较来说,全自动生化分析仪,血气分析仪在测定的时候,钠离子和钾离子浓度明显较低,而且氯离子的浓度增高,比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:血气分析仪与全自动生化分析仪在电解质的测定上具有一定的偏差,应根据临床需求而采用不同的检测方法。Objective:To investigate the effect of automatic biochemical analyzer and blood gas analyzer on the detection of electrolytes in patients in our hospital.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,192 patients were selected in our hospital.Arterial blood electrolytes were measured by blood gas analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer,and the results were compared between the two devices.Results:There was significant difference between blood gas analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer in the determination of electrolytes(P<0.05).Two different instruments,precision of results in between batch and batch,all accord with the requirement of CLLA88 error square to show off,but by comparison,automatic biochemical analyzer and blood gas analyzer at the time of measurement,sodium and potassium ion concentration significantly lower,and higher concentration of chloride ion,is found with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood gas analyzer and the automatic biochemistry analyzer have certain deviation in the determination of electrolyte,and should adopt different detection methods according to the clinical demand.
