摘  要:目的:分析卡式微柱凝胶技术在血型鉴定、输血前红细胞不规则抗体检验中的价值。方法:随机选取2020年1月~2021年10月在本院进行输血的患者197例,所选患者输血前分别应用卡式微柱凝胶技术及聚凝胺技术进行血型鉴定及红细胞不规则抗体检验,对比两种检验方法ABO血型、RhD血型鉴定结果以及红细胞不规则抗体检出情况。结果:与聚凝胺法相比,卡式微柱凝胶法在ABO血型与RhD血型一次性中的鉴定准确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卡式微柱凝胶法红细胞不规则抗体检出率显著较聚凝胺法高且总检出率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡式微柱凝胶技术在血型鉴定、输血前红细胞不规则抗体检验中有着较高的应用价值,有助于保证输血的安全性,临床应用价值高于聚凝胺技术。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of the application of card microcolumn gel technology in blood group identification and detection of irregular antibodies of red blood cells before blood transfusion.Methods:197 patients who received blood transfusion in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly selected.Before blood transfusion,blood group identification and irregular antibody test of red blood cells were performed by card type microcolumn gel technology and polyamine technology,and the results of ABO blood group,RhD blood group identification and irregular antibody detection of red blood cells were compared between the two test methods.Results:The one-time identification accuracy of ABO blood group and RhD blood group by cartridge micro column gel method was significantly higher than that by polyamine method(P<0.05).The detection rate of irregular antibodies in red blood cells by cartridge microcolumn gel method was significantly higher than that by polyamine method,and the total detection rate was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The card type microcolumn gel technology has a high application value in blood group identification and detection of irregular antibodies of red blood cells before blood transfusion,which is helpful to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.Its clinical application value is higher than that of polyamine technology.
