摘 要:目的:分析对于临床上开展的尿液潜血检验工作,对比分析尿液分析仪与显微镜检测的不同效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2020年6月本院检验科的200份尿液样本,根据检验方式的不同进行分组,采用尿液分析仪检验的作为观察组,采用显微镜检验的作为对照组,比较两组检验效果。结果:观察组尿潜血阳性率24.5%高于对照组的20.0%,但两组数据无统计学差异(P>0.05)。以显微镜检验结果作为尿潜血的判断标准,尿液分析检验的敏感度为89.5%,假阳性率为10.5%,假阴性率为10.5%,以尿液分析仪检验结果作为判断标准,显微镜检验的敏感度为72.5%,假阳性率为3.0%,假阴性率为24.5%。结论:尿液分析仪与显微镜检验在临床上开展尿液潜血检验,具有不同的临床价值,在临床应用过程中需要考虑采用两种检测方式联合检验。Objective:To analyze the different effects of urine analyzer and microscope test in clinical urine analysis.Methods:200 urine samples from the laboratory of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were selected and grouped according to different test methods,and the urine analyzer tests were used as the observation group,and the microscopic tests were used as the control group to compare the test effect of the two groups.Results:The positive rate was 24.5%higher than 20.0%in the control group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Taking the microscopic test results as the judgment standard of urine occult blood,the sensitivity of urine analysis test was 89.5%,the false positive rate was 10.5%,and the false negative rate was 10.5%.Taking the urine analysis test results as the judgment standard,the sensitivity of microscopic test was 72.5%,the false positive rate was 3.0%,and the false negative rate was 24.5%.Conclusion:Urine analyzer and microscopic test have different clinical value in clinical practice,and two combined test methods should be considered in clinical application.
