人工全膝关节表面置换术中使用固定平台假体和旋转平台假体的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:对比人工全膝关节表面置换术中固定平台假体与旋转平台假体的临床应用效果。方法:将2019年12月~2022年3月在医院接受人工全膝关节表面置换术治疗的患者35例作为观察组,将2022年4月~12月在医院接受人工全膝关节表面置换术治疗的患者25例作为对照组,分别运用旋转平台假体和固定平台假体实施治疗。结果:两组患者治疗前、治疗后膝关节功能、生活质量均无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;两组患者治疗前后组内膝关节功能与生活质量得到了一定改善,P<0.05。两组患者并发症发生率并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:人工全膝关节表面置换术治疗中固定与旋转平台假体所获得的治疗效果均相对较为理想,组间差异无显著性意义,可以根据患者具体情况针对性选择假体类型。Objective:To compare the clinical application effects of fixed platform prosthesis and rotating platform prosthesis in artificial total knee joint surface replacement surgery.Methods:A total of 35 patients who underwent artificial total knee arthroplasty at the hospital from December 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 25 patients who underwent artificial total knee arthroplasty at the hospital from April to December 2022 were selected as the control group.Treatment was performed using rotating platform prostheses and fixed platform prostheses,respectively.Results:There was no significant statistical difference in knee joint function and quality of life between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,P>0.05;Both groups of patients showed some improvement in knee joint function and quality of life before and after treatment,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients,P>0.05.Conclusion:Both the fixed platform and the rotating platform prosthesis can be used in total knee arthroplasty,and the type of prosthesis can be selected according to the patients’specific conditions.
