摘　　要：目的:分析在实施糖尿病下肢血管病变患者检查的过程中PHILIPS EPIQ 5彩色多普勒超声所获得的临床疗效。方法:本研究将2019年8月~2022年8月在医院接受治疗的糖尿病下肢血管病变患者52例作为实验对象,所有患者均给予PHILIPS EPIQ 5彩色多普勒超声检查与血管造影检查,将血管造影检查做为金标准,分析彩色多普勒超声检查的检查效果。结果:统计学分析两种检查方法所获得下肢血管病变检出率、诊断准确率以及股总动脉、股浅动脉、腘动脉、胫前动脉、胫后动脉、足背动脉内径后可知,彩色多普勒超声与血管造影并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:在实施糖尿病下肢血管病变诊断的过程中PHILIPS EPIQ 5彩色多普勒超声与血管造影所获得的效果一致性较强,可以将彩色多普勒超声作为一种理想检查方法。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect PHILIPS EPIQ 5 color Doppler ultrasound in patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods:A total of 52 patients with diabetic lower extremity vasculopathy who were hospitalized from August 2019 to August 2022 were enrolled in this study,all patients were examined by PHILIPS EPIQ 5 color Doppler ultrasound and angiography,and angiography was regarded as the gold standard to analyze the effect of color Doppler ultrasound.Results:Statistical analysis of the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of lower extremity vascular diseases obtained by the two methods and the internal diameters of common femoral artery,superficial femoral artery,popliteal artery,anterior tibial artery,posterior tibial artery and dorsalis pedis artery were made,there was no significant difference between color Doppler ultrasound and angiography(P>0.05).Conclusion:PHILIPS EPIQ 5 color Doppler ultrasound and angiography have a good agreement in the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease,color Doppler ultrasound can be used as an ideal examination method.
