摘　　要：为了对纤维支气管镜检查工作提供支持,应当加强对纤维支气管镜之前麻醉方式的研究,寻找安全、有效的麻醉方法,以此增强麻醉效果,增强患者纤维支气管检查配合度,提升纤维支气管检查成功率。为此本文研究了当前纤维支气管局部麻醉的几种常见方法与思路,在查阅相关文献之下,对文献内容进行梳理,由此得出不同麻醉方式运用的优缺点,通常运用两种或者两种以上的麻醉方式。临床纤维支气管镜检查过程中,应当与患者身体实际情况相结合,综合选择最为适宜的麻醉方式。In order to provide support for fiberoptic bronchoscopy,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the anesthesia methods before fiberoptic bronchoscopy,find safe and effective anesthesia methods,so as to enhance the anesthesia effect,enhance the cooperation of patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy,and improve the success rate of fiberoptic bronchoscopy.For this reason,this paper studies several common methods and ideas of current local anesthesia of fiberoptic bronchus,combs the contents of the literature under the review of relevant literature,and draws the advantages and disadvantages of different anesthesia methods,usually using two or more anesthesia methods.In the process of clinical fiberoptic bronchoscopy,the most appropriate anesthesia method should be comprehensively selected in combination with the actual situation of the patient.
