摘 要:目的:浅析末梢血血常规和血液分析仪测定静脉血应用结果差异。方法:本次研究对象为2020年9月~2021年9月56例在本院做血常规检查的患者,所有患者分别采集末梢血和静脉血,使用血液分析仪进行指标检测,对比分析检测结果。结果:末梢血HCT、Hb水平明显低于静脉血,WBC水平明显高于静脉血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采血后10min、30min末梢血的PLT水平均明显高于静脉血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采血后0min、10min、30min末梢血的WBC均明显高于静脉血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液分析仪进行血常规检测中,静脉血测定结果的准确性高于末梢血,建议使用该方法进行采血。Objective:To analyze the difference of application results between peripheral blood routine and blood analyzer in measuring venous blood.Methods:The subjects of this study were 56 patients who had routine blood examination in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021.All patients collected peripheral blood and venous blood respectively,and used blood analyzer to detect the indexes,and compared and analyzed the detection results.Results:The levels of HCT and Hb in peripheral blood were significantly lower than those in venous blood,and the level of WBC was significantly higher than that in venous blood(P<0.05).The PLT level of peripheral blood was significantly higher than that of venous blood at 10min and 30min after blood collection(P<0.05).The WBC of peripheral blood was significantly higher than that of venous blood at 0min,10min and 30min after blood collection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of venous blood is higher than that of peripheral blood in routine blood test by blood analyzer,so it is suggested to use this method to collect blood.
