摘 要:目的:分析血常规临床检验中,全自动血细胞分析仪、血涂片细胞形态的应用价值。方法:选取来自医院接受血常规检查的患者98例,分别对患者进行血涂片细胞形态学、全自动血细胞分析仪检验,比较不同检验方法的效果。结果:与单独检验方式相比,全自动血细胞分析仪、血涂片细胞形态学联合检验的灵敏度、特异度及准确率均较高(P<0.05);两种方法检验不同血液学细胞相比,血涂片细胞形态学对嗜碱性细胞的检出率更高(P<0.05)。结论:临床血常规检验过程中,血涂片细胞形态学、全自动血细胞分析仪联合的准确率更高。Objective:To analyze the application value of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology in clinical blood routine test.Methods:A total of 98 patients who received routine blood examination were selected from the hospital.The patients were tested by blood smear cell morphology and automatic blood cell analyzer,and the effects of different test methods were compared.Results:Compared with the single test method,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combined test of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology were higher(P<0.05).The detection rate of basophil cells in blood smear morphology was higher than that of different hematological cells tested by the two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical blood routine examination,the combination of blood smear cell morphology and automatic blood cell analyzer is more accurate.
