MR和CT检测诊断肝硬化患者再生结节与小肝癌分析

摘　　要：目的:探究肝硬化疾病患者在临床诊断过程中为了早期明确小肝癌或者再生结节,从而实施不同诊断方式准确性差异。方法:90例患者为2019年3月~2021年3月到院后经病理诊断后确诊属于肝硬化,并划分45例患者为对照组及45例患者为观察组,诊断方式依次为CT诊断、MR诊断,对临床资料差异进行分析。结果:观察组开展MR诊断符合率、敏感度分别为95.56%、95.56%。对照组开展CT诊断符合率、敏感度分别为68.89%、68.89%。观察组符合率、敏感度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组漏诊及误诊率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝硬化疾病患者在临床诊断过程中为了早期明确小肝癌或者再生结节选择有效诊断方式至关重要,虽然CT诊断方式对于以上患者能够起到一定诊断价值,但在诊断准确率、敏感度方面明显偏高,对于后期治疗方案的拟定可以提供重要依据。Objective:To explore the accuracy difference of different diagnosis methods in order to identify small liver cancer or regenerative nodules early in the clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.Methods:90 patients were diagnosed as liver cirrhosis after pathological diagnosis from March 2019 to March 2021,and were divided into a control group of 45 patients and an observation group of 45 patients.The diagnostic methods were CT diagnosis and MR diagnosis,respectively.The differences in clinical data were analyzed.Results:The coincidence rate and sensitivity of MR diagnosis in the observation group were 95.56%and 95.56%.The coincidence rate and sensitivity of CT diagnosis in the control group were 68.89%and 68.89%.The coincidence rate and sensitivity of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is very important for patients with liver cirrhosis to choose an effective diagnosis method for early diagnosis of small liver cancer or regenerative nodules.Although CT diagnosis method can play a certain diagnostic value for these patients,it is obviously high in diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity,which provides an important basis for the formulation of later treatment plans.
