摘　　要：目的:分析脑CT在精神分裂症患者中透明隔腔检出率的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月~2023年1月本院收治的50例精神分裂症患者(作为A组)及非精神分裂症的精神疾病患者50例(作为B组),另选同期健康体检者50例(作为C组),均对三组研究对象给予脑CT检查,对比三组透明隔腔检出情况,分析其影像学特征。结果:A组裂宽度、DFS、THS、TVW、HI高于B、C组,VI、FHI低于B、C组(P<0.05),B组裂宽度、DFS、THS高于C组(P<0.05)。A组脑结构异常检出率56.00%高于B、C组,B组高于C组(P<0.05)。A组脑部透明隔腔检出率28.00%高于B、C组,B组检出率高于C组(P<0.05)。A组患者透明隔腔宽度、长度及体积均高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者脑结构及功能异常检出率高,对其实施脑CT检查,可发现其脑结构异常及透明隔腔,为临床诊断提供一定参考依据。Objective:To analyze the application value of brain CT in the detection rate of transparent septum in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2023,50 schizophrenic patients(as group A)and 50 non schizophrenic patients with mental disorders(as group B)admitted to our hospital were selected,and 50 healthy subjects(as group C)were selected for the same period.Brain CT examinations were performed on the three groups of study subjects.The detection of the transparent septum in the three groups was compared,and their imaging characteristics were analyzed.Results:The crack width,DFS,THS,TVW,and HI in group A were higher than those in groups B and C,while VI,FHI were lower than those in groups B and C(P<0.05).The crack width,DFS,and THS in group B were higher than those in group C(P<0.05).The detection rate of abnormal brain structure in group A was 56.00%higher than that in groups B and C,and group B was higher than that in group C(P<0.05).The detection rate of brain transparent septum in group A was 28.00%higher than that in groups B and C,and the detection rate in group B was higher than that in group C(P<0.05).The width,length,and volume of the transparent septum in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection rate of abnormal brain structure and function in patients with schizophrenia is high.Brain CT examination can detect abnormal brain structure and transparent septum,providing a certain reference basis for clinical diagnosis.
