摘　　要：目的:为了实现医院呼吸机精细化管理,提高设备使用效率,降低设备故障率。方法:本院已成立呼吸机质量控制小组。器械科、临床科室与设备厂家三方依据《三级甲等医院复审实施细则》中6.9.6.1条款、厂家维修手册,结合本院的实际情况,共同制定呼吸机三级预防性维护保养方案,并且依托信息系统进行计划实施,形成一个闭环的系统管理[4]。结果:经过一年的实践,本院重症医学科ICU呼吸机故障发生的频率显著减少。结论:该三级维护保养方案有效降低了故障发生率,延缓必然故障,减少偶然故障,提高开机率,提升设备临床使用价值。Objective:In order to achieve refined equipment management of hospital ventilators,improve equipment utilization efficiency,and reduce equipment failure rate.Methods:At present,our hospital has established a ventilator quality control team.The equipment department,clinical department and equipment manufacturer jointly formulated the three-level preventive maintenance of ventilator in accordance with the clause 6.9.6.1 of the“Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Re-examination of Tertiary Class A Hospitals”,based on the manufacturer’s maintenance manual and combined with the actual situation of our hospital plan,and rely on the information system for planning implementation,forming a closed-loop system management.Results:After one year of practice,the frequency of ventilator failures in the ICU of the Intensive Medicine Department of our hospital has been significantly reduced.Conclusion:This three-level maintenance program effectively reduces the incidence of failures,delays inevitable failures,reduces accidental failures,increases the operating rate,and enhances the clinical value of the equipment.
