全程质控管理在外来骨科器械送消毒供应中心拆卸及清洗中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析外来骨科器械送消毒供应中心拆卸及清洗过程中应用全程质控管理的效果。方法:选取2020年1月~2021年2月送本院消毒供应中心拆卸及清洗的1000件外来骨科器械,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(500件骨科器械)与观察组(500件骨科器械),对照组骨科器械在拆卸清洗过程中采用传统管理措施,在此基础上,观察组采用全程质控管理措施,比较两组骨科器械在不同管理模式下的各流程操作合格率及工作质量。结果:与对照组比较,观察组骨科器械清洗、消毒、分类、包装、灭菌等操作的合格率明显更高(P<0.05);观察组骨科器械的清洗、消毒、器械处理、器械包装等工作质量明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:在外来骨科器械送消毒供应中心拆卸及清洗过程中应用全程质控管理效果较好,可有效提高各流程中的操作合格率,显著提升工作质量。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of whole process quality control management in the process of sending foreign orthopaedic instruments to disinfection and supply center for disassembly and cleaning.Methods:1000 foreign orthopaedic instruments sent to the disinfection supply center of our hospital for disassembly and cleaning from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(500 orthopaedic instruments)and observation group(500 orthopaedic instruments).Traditional management measures were adopted in the disassembly and cleaning process of orthopaedic instruments in the control group,the observation group adopted the whole process quality control management measures,and compared the operation qualification rate and work quality of orthopedic instruments in the two groups under different management modes.Results:Compared with the control group,the qualified rate of cleaning,disinfection,classification,packaging and sterilization of orthopaedic instruments in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);The quality of cleaning,disinfection,treatment and packaging of orthopedic instruments in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of whole process quality control management in the disassembly and cleaning process of foreign orthopaedic instruments sent to disinfection supply center has a good effect,which can effectively improve the operation qualification rate in each process,significantly improve the work quality.
