摘　　要：玉竹是一种药用价值极高的中药材,通过发酵技术获取玉竹多糖的研究在我国已开展多年,其发酵技术得到快速发展。文章综合阐述了玉竹多糖的发酵方法、提取纯化、含量测定的研究进展,以期为玉竹发酵制备多糖及产业化应用提供参考。Polygonatum odoratum has a long medicinal history.The research on obtaining jade bamboo polysaccharide through fermentation technology has been developed for many years in our country,and its fermentation technology has been rapidly developed.In this paper,the research progress of fermentation method,extraction and purification,content determination of polysaccharide of Polygonatum odoratum was reviewed in order to provide reference for the fermentation of polysaccharide and its industrial application.
