摘 要:次生盐渍化和土传病害是导致设施栽培连作障碍的主要因素,为了缓解设施栽培的连作障碍,从土壤中筛选多功能菌株并应用于连作障碍土壤中成为一种新的研究思路。文章通过对12株菌株的硝酸盐降解能力、产胞外聚合物(EPS)能力、降碱能力、抑菌能力进行验证,优选出硝酸盐降解能力最强的假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)N11,EPS产量最高的琼氏不动杆菌(A c ine tobacte r junii)S27,抑菌效果最好的解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bac illus amyloliquefacie ns)Y2,并将其制成混合菌剂运用于次生盐渍化土壤中。实验组对土壤中硝酸盐的降解率可达31.71%,而对照组仅为15.28%,说明混合菌剂降盐效果显著。筛选出的多功能菌株,可有效改善连作障碍土壤的次生盐渍化和土传病害问题,为提高设施蔬菜栽培产量提供可靠的技术手段。Secondary salinization and soil borne diseases are the main factors leading to continuous cropping obstacles in facility cultivation.In order to alleviate the continuous cropping obstacles in facility cultivation,screening multifunctional strains from soil and applying them to continuous cropping obstacle soil has become a new research approach.The article verifies the nitrate degradation ability,extracellular polymer(EPS)production ability,alkalinity reducing ability,and antibacterial ability of 12 strains,and selects Pseudomonas sp.N11 with the strongest nitrate degradation ability,Acinetobacter junii S27 with the highest EPS production,and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Y2 with the best antibacterial effect,And make it into a mixed bacterial agent and apply it to secondary saline soil.The degradation rate of nitrate in soil by the experimental group can reach 31.71%,while the control group is only 15.28%,indicating that the mixed bacterial agent has a significant salt reduction effect.The screened multifunctional strains can effectively improve the secondary salinization and soil borne diseases of continuous cropping obstacle soil,and provide reliable technical means for increasing the yield of protected vegetable cultivation.
