益生菌粉在调节微生物群和治疗过敏中的应用

摘　　要：文章致力于研究益生菌粉在调节微生物群和治疗过敏中的应用效果。于2021年1月至2023年1月汉臣氏(沈阳)儿童制品有限公司选取过敏患者100例,分为对照组(50例,常规抗过敏药物治疗)和观察组(50例,常规抗过敏药物+益生菌粉治疗)。观察组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腹痛腹胀、嗳气反酸、恶心呕吐占比情况分别为2.00%、2.00%、4.00%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组IgE免疫功能指标为67150±1530(IU/L),低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肠杆菌、类杆菌、肠球菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌占比分别为7.61±1.25(%)、10.61±4.72(%)、10.46±1.67(%)、12.35±2.19(%)、11.87±2.26(%),高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞介素4为0.84±0.13(μg/L),低于对照组;观察组干扰素γ为216.60±7.23(μg/L)、高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组大便性状、隐血便血各项DAI量表评分分别为1.12±0.13(分)、0.87±0.20(分),低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组SF-36量表评分、IBDQ量表评分分别为82.36±3.54(分)、218.16±20.49(分),高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。益生菌粉在调节微生物群和治疗过敏中的应用效果显著优于常规抗过敏药物,因此联用复合益生菌粉治疗更具推广价值。The article is deicated to studying the application effect of probiotic powder in regulating microbiota and treating allergy.From January 2021 to January 2023,Hanchen(shenyang)children's products co.,Ltd.selected 100 allergic patients,control group(50 patients,conventional anti-allergy therapy)and observation group(50 patients,conventional anti-allergy therapy+probiotic powder treatment).The total response rate in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,belching,acid reflux,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were 2.00%,2.00%,and 4.00%,respectively,which were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The index of IgE immune function in the observation group was 67150±1530(IU/L),which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportions in the observation group of Enterobacterales,Enterococcus,Enterobacillus were 7.61±1.25(%),10.61±1.67(%),12.35±2.19(10.46(%),and 11.87±2.26(%),respectively,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Interleukin 4 was 0.84±0.13(μg/L),lower than the control group,and interferonγwas 216.60±7.23(μg/L),which was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The DAI scale scores of the observation group and the observation group were 1.12±0.13(score)and 0.87±0.20(score),which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 and IBDQ scores were 82.36±3.54(score)and 218.16±20.49(score),higher than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The application effect of probiotic powder in regulating microbiota and treating allergy is significantly better than that of conventional anti-allergy drugs,so the combination of compound probiotic powder treatment is more valuable.
