摘　　要：文章采用微波辅助酶法提取驱虫斑鸠菊中的总黄酮,利用单因素实验和正交试验进行数据分析,以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,筛选提取总黄酮的最佳工艺。The total flavonoids in Vernonia anthelmintica were extracted by microwave-assisted enzyme method.The data were analyzed by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,and the extraction rate of total flavonoids was used as the evaluation index to select the best extraction process.
