摘　　要：岩藻黄素是三角褐指藻重要的光捕获色素,其基于多种重要生物学功能与自身安全性越来越受到国内外研究者的关注。文章系统综述了不同培养因素对三角褐指藻生长与岩藻黄素的影响,旨在提高商业化生产岩藻黄素的可行性,并实现岩藻黄素实用和可持续的生产。Fucoxanthin is an important light-trapping pigment of Phaeodactylum tricornutum,which has attracted more and more attention from researchers at home and abroad because of its important biological functions and safety.This study systematically reviewed the effects of different culture factors on the growth and fucoxanthin of P.tricornutum.The aim of this study was to improve the feasibility of commercial fucoxanthin production and achieve practical and sustainable fucoxanthin production based on the current research results.
