摘 要:低地板列车以其便捷、舒适、经济、节能等优势在一些城市交通中应用越来越多,发展前景广泛。直驱永磁电机作为列车驱动系统的核心部件,其性能的优越对低地板车的安全、舒适运行具有极大的帮助。本文以一台低地板车用直驱永磁电机为例,建立电机的三维电磁场模型并分析电机磁场分布,通过改变磁极极弧系数来研究其变化对电机性能的影响,可为该类型电机的结构优化设计提供一定的参考价值。Low-floor vehicles are being increasingly used in urban transportation with their advantages of convenience,comfort,economic and energy saving,and have a wide development prospect.As the core component of the train drive system,the superior performance of the direct-drive permanent magnet motor is of tremendous contribution to the safe and comfortable operation of low-floor vehicles.This paper takes a direct-drive permanent magnet motor for low-floor vehicles as an example,establishes the three-dimensional electromagnetic field model and analyzes the magnetic field distribution of that,and studies the effect of its variation on the motor performance by changing the pole arc coefficient,which can provide some reference value for the structural optimization design of this type of motor.
