摘 要:本文主要探究了无分布式拉结筋预制外叶墙装配技术在某建筑夹心保温墙施工中的应用。文章首先介绍了预制外叶墙的制作工艺,在承托梁上砌筑墙片,并在砌筑完毕后施加预压应力以提高预制外叶墙的结构强度和抗拉能力。随后分别从吊升和安装两方面,概述了无分布式拉结筋预制外叶墙的装配要点。在吊升时,需要借助于吊装梁连接墙体上端,保证应力均匀分担,防止应力集中导致的裂缝等破坏。安装后及时检查预制外叶墙的水平高度是否一致、稳定性是否达标。本工程中应用无分布式拉结筋预制外叶墙装配技术,达到了质量可靠、节约成本、缩短工期的效果。This paper mainly explores the application of prefabricated outer leaf wall assembly technology without distributed tension reinforcement in the construction of a building sandwich insulation wall.In this paper,the fabrication technology of prefabricated outer blade wall is introduced firstly.The wall pieces are laid on the bearing beam,and the precompression stress is applied to improve the structural strength and tensile strength of the prefabricated outer blade wall after the completion of the masonry.Then,the main points of assembling the precast outer blade wall without distributed tension bars are summarized respectively from hoisting and installation.When lifting,it is necessary to connect the upper end of the wall with the help of the hoisting beam to ensure that the stress is evenly shared and prevent cracks and other damages caused by stress concentration.After installation,check whether the horizontal height of the prefabricated outer leaf wall is consistent and whether the stability reaches the standard.In this project,the prefabricated outer leaf wall assembly technology without distributed tension reinforcement is applied,and the quality is reliable,the cost is saved and the construction period is shortened.
