摘  要:建立符合山西实际情况特别针对新型环保能源车的CO、VI基准排放量和折减率计算模型,提出响应的CO、VI基准排放量和折减率参数,用于指导工程设计。按照研究成果对尚未施工的特长隧道进行验证,研究表明:在实际隧道通风设计中应综合分析,因“隧”制宜,将需风量在保证运营安全的情况下控制在合理的范围内,将有效减少新建或改扩建隧道时经常遇到的通风规模异常偏高且与实际不匹配的情况,改善由于规划、设计不合理造成的通风设施、供电设施、配套斜竖井、风机房规模过大,以及运营能耗与维护成本过高等问题,充分体现以生态环保和节能减排绿色交通公路建设理念,从而达到优化特长隧道通风规模的目的。CO and VI baseline emission and reduction rate calculation model was established in line with the actual situation of Shanxi Province,especially for the new environmental protection energy vehicles,and the CO and VI baseline emission and reduction rate parameters were proposed to guide the engineering design.According to the research results,the long-length tunnel that has not yet been constructed is verified.The research shows that:comprehensive analysis should be made in the actual tunnel ventilation design.Due to the“tunnel”measures,the required air volume should be controlled within a reasonable range while ensuring the safety of operation,which will effectively reduce the abnormal high ventilation scale and mismatch with the actual situation frequently encountered in the construction or reconstruction of tunnels.Improve the ventilation facilities,power supply facilities,supporting inclined shaft,wind room scale is too large,and the operation energy consumption and maintenance cost is too high caused by unreasonable planning and design,fully reflect the ecological environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction green road construction concept,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the ventilation scale of the long tunnel.
