摘　　要：按照《现代饲草产业发展规划(2021—2025)》的发展目标,计划到2025年全国草产品产量基本满足国内80%左右的需求。饲草燕麦(Avena sativa L.)不仅具有抗逆性强、耐贫瘠、生物量大和易消化等优点,其营养价值和利用价值也较高,被列为我国乃至全球的主要紧缺饲草资源。饲草燕麦在促进反刍动物消化代谢、改善生长和生产性能、提高肉品质、调节机体物质代谢、增强机体免疫、抗氧化功能和改善肠道健康中发挥了重要作用。本文主要综述了饲草燕麦的生境特点、营养价值及其在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进展,旨在为推进饲草燕麦在家畜养殖中的应用提供科学依据。According to the Development Plan of Modern Feeding Industry(2021-2025),the forage grass supply will meet the 80%domestic grass demand by 2025.Oat(Avena sativa L.),a globally important forage crop,is an annual plant with high resistance to stress,large biomass and easy digestion,also has high levels of nutritional value and application value.It plays an important role in improving ruminant apparent digestibility,production performance,and meat quality,enhancing antioxidant capacity and immunity,and promoting intestinal development.In this review,we summarized the nutritional characteristics of forage oat and its application in ruminant production,so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting the application of forage oat in livestock breeding.
