摘　　要：目的研究视觉心理效应运用于手术患者人文关怀中的价值。方法选择南昌大学第一附属医院2018年9月—2019年3月期间进行手术的96例患者进行探究,根据床位单双号分为2组,各48例,单号为试验组,采取视觉心理效应干预,双号为对照组,采取常规人文关怀,对比2组护理结果。结果干预前5min内,2组的焦虑评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);手术前、手术后,试验组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,2组的收缩压、心率、舒张压及皮肤电反应水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05);干预10 min、麻醉时、手术进行一半时、手术结束时,试验组各项指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组投入感评分、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论视觉心理效应运用于手术患者人文关怀中效果显著,能够有效减轻焦虑情绪,控制血压及心率水平,增强投入感,患者满意度较高,为预后提供保障。ObjectiveTo study the value of visual psychological effect in the humanistic care of surgical patients.Methods 96 patients undergoing surgery from September 2018 to March 2019 were selected for exploration.48 cases were divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers of beds.The experimental group adopted visual psychological effect,and the control group took routine humanistic care to compare the nursing results of the two groups.ResultsThere was no diference in the anxiety scores within 5min before the intervention(P>0.05),and the experimental group scores before and after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the levels of systolic blood pressure,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and electroskin response were not different between the two groups(P>0.05),and the experimental group had 10min,anesthesia,half of the operation,and at the end of the control group(P<0.05).The input sense score and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual psychological effect is applied in humanistic care of surgical patients,which can effectively reduce anxiety,control blood pressure and heart rate level,enhance input feeling,significantly reduce pain,high patient satisfaction,and provide guarantee for prognosis.
