基于风险预警理念的分级管理结合俯卧位通气技术在重症ARDS患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者实施基于风险预警理念的分级管理结合俯卧位通气技术的临床效果。方法择取重症50例ARDS患者,抽签法分组,常规组(25例)予以常规护理,干预组(25例)予以基于风险预警理念的分级管理结合俯卧位通气技术,统计对比2组的临床治疗指标、护理效果、满意度。结果干预组呼吸机治疗时间、带管时间、住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);干预组PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)和呼吸频率均优于常规组(P<0.05);干预组临床总有效率(96.00%)高于常规组(76.00%),不良事件总发生率(4.00%)低于常规组(24.00%),护理满意度(92.00%)高于常规组(68.00%),差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论重症ARDS患者实施基于风险预警理念的分级管理结合俯卧位通气技术的护理效果显著,患者满意度高,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the elinical ffeet of the combination of risk-based management and prone position ventilation in severe ARDS.Methods 50 patients with severe ARDS were randomly selected and divided into groups by lot.The patients in the intervention group(25 cases)were given routine nursing care by drawing lots,and the patients in the intervention group(25 cases)were given hierarchical management based on the concept of risk early waming and prone position ventilation technique.Results After nursing,the ventilator treatment time,tube time and hospitalzation time in the intervention group were shorter than those in the rouine group(P<0.05);Pao_(2)/fio_(2) and respiratory rate in the intevention group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05);The total elinical ffective rate(96.00%)was higher than that of routine group(76.00%),P<0.05;The tolal ineidence of adverse events(4.00%)was lower than that of routine group(24.00%)(P<0.05);The total elinical satisfaction(92.00%)was higher than that of the routine group(68.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of grading management based on risk early warming concept combined with prone position ventilation technology for clinical intervention in severe ARDS has significant nursing effect,high patient satisfaction and high clinical application value.
