“互联网+”背景下胃癌术后延续性护理临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨“互联网+”背景下延续性护理在胃癌术后护理中的应用效果。方法择取2019年5月—2021年5月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的胃癌患者196例为研究对象,根据干预方式不同,将其分为对照组98例、观察组98例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者接受“互联网+”背景下延续性护理,对比2组护理效果。结果干预前,2组环境、社会、心理以及生理评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组环境、社会、心理以及生理评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者SAS以及SDS评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS以及SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总护理满意度为97.96%,明显高于对照组的83.67%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总依从率为97.96%,明显高于对照组的82.65%(P<0.05)。结论"互联网+"为背景开展延续性护理干预,能够在极大程度上改善胃癌术后患者的生活质量及心理状态,提升其治疗依从性和护理满意率,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of continuous nursing in postoperative nursing of gastric cancer under the background of"Internet+".Methods A total of 196 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into a control group of 98 cases and an observation group of 98 cases.The patients in the control group were intervened by the routine nursing method in our hospital,and the patients in the observation group received continuous nursing under the background of"Internet+",and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in the environmental,social,psychological and physiological scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the environmental,social,p sychological and physiological scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no diference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was(97.96%)significantly higher than the control group(83.67%)(P<0.05);after intervention,the total treatment compliance rate of the observation group(97.96%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.65%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out continuous nursing intervention in the background of"Internet+"can greatly improve the quality of life of patients,and also improve their psychological state,improve their treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
