超声引导下空芯针穿刺活检对乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下空芯针穿刺活检(US-CNB)对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法107例疑似乳腺癌患者术前均接受普通超声及US-CNB检查,统计普通超声、US-CNB对乳腺癌的检出率。以术后病理检查结果为金标准,比较二者对乳腺癌的诊断效能。结果术后病理检查显示,107例疑似乳腺癌患者中76例确诊为乳腺癌,31例确诊为乳腺良性病变。普通超声检出乳腺癌60例,乳腺良性病变47例;US-CNB检出乳腺癌72例,乳腺良性病变35例;US-CNB诊断乳腺癌的特异度、灵敏度及准确度均高于普通超声(P<0.05)。结论与普通超声相比,US-CNB可更好地提升乳腺癌诊断的准确度、特异度及灵敏度。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy(US-CNB)in breast cancer.Methods A total of 107 patients with suspected breast cancer were examined by conventional ultrasound and US-CNB before surgery,and the detection rates of conventional ultrasound and US-CNB for breast cancer were counted.With the results of postoperative pathological examination as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacies of the two methods for breast cancer were compared.Results Postoperative pathological examination showed that 76 of the 107 patients with suspected breast cancer were diagnosed with breast cancer and 31 were diagnosed with benign breast lesions.Conventional ultrasound detected 60 cases of breast cancer and 47 cases of benign breast lesions.US-CNB detected 72 cases of breast cancer and 35 cases of benign breast lesions.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of US-CNB in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of conventional ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional ultrasound,US-CNB can better improve the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis.
