摘 要:目的探讨阿法骨化醇联合不同血液净化方式治疗慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)患者的临床效果。方法78例CKD患者随机分为两组,对照组采用阿法骨化醇+血液灌流治疗,观察组采用阿法骨化醇+血液透析滤过治疗,比较两组的肾功能指标、骨代谢指标及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的UA、Scr、BUN、BALP、FGF-23、OPG水平均显著低于对照组,不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与阿法骨化醇联合血液灌流治疗相比,阿法骨化醇联合血液透析滤过治疗可更有效地改善CKD患者的肾功能和骨代谢异常状况,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effects of alfacalcidol combined with different blood purification methods in the treatment of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods 78 CKD patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with alfacalcidol+hemoperfusion,and the observation group was treated with alfacalcidol+hemodiafitration.The renal function inddicators,bone metabolism inddicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of UA,Scr,BUN,BALP,FGF-23 and OPG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with alfacalcidol+hemoperfusion treatment,alfacalcidol+hemodiafiltration treatment can more effectively improve renal function and bone metabolism abnormality state of CKD patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
