基于“阴阳同调”理论以神阙、命门合治中风后便秘的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于“阴阳同调”理论以神阙、命门合治中风后便秘的效果。方法68例中风后便秘患者随机分为两组,对照组给予乳果糖口服液治疗,试验组给予神阙、命门穴复方通便散贴敷,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,试验组的PAC-QOL评分均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神阙、命门合治中风后便秘的效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of Shenque point combined with Mingmen point therapy based on the theory of"Yin and Yang Homology"for constipation after stroke.Methods 68 patients with constipation after stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with lactulose oral solution,and the experimental group was given compound Tongbian powder patching in Shenque and Mingmen acupoints.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the PAC-QOL scores of experimental group were lower than those of control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shenque combined with Mingmen in the treatment of constipation after stroke has significant effect.
