摘　　要：目的探讨常规治疗联合早期康复管理在老年糖尿病性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法120例老年糖尿病性脑卒中患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予常规治疗联合早期康复管理,比较两组的治疗效果。结果干预后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、NIHSS评分均低于对照组,FMA评分、生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗联合早期康复管理有助于改善老年糖尿病性脑卒中患者的血糖水平和神经功能,提高生活能力。Objective To explore the application effect of routine treatment combined with early rehabilitation management in elderly patients with diabetic stroke.Methods 120 elderly patients with diabetic stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received routine treatment combined with early rehabilitation management.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and NIHSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the FMA score and life ability score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Routine treatment combined with early rehabilitation management can help improve the blood glucose level and neurological function of elderly patients with diabetic stroke,and improve their living ability.
