摘　　要：目的探讨程序化护理在主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术中的应用价值。方法80例主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术患者分为两组,对照组给予常规手术室护理,观察组给予程序化护理,比较两组的手术指标、护理不良事件及并发症。结果观察组的手术时间、机械通气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,护理不良事件发生率、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论程序化护理可缩短主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术患者的手术时间及住院时间,减少护理不良事件及术后并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application value of programmed nursing in aortic bioprosthetic valve replacement.Methods A total of 80 patients with aortic bioprosthetic valve replacement were divided into two groups.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received programmed nursing.The surgical indicators,nursing adverse events and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of nursing adverse events and incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Programmed nursing can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients with aortic bioprosthetic valve replacement,and reduce the incidences of nursing adverse events and postoperative complications.
