摘 要:目的探讨变温水毯垫预防肩关节镜手术压力性损伤的效果。方法选择2020年10月至2022年10月于我院行肩关节镜手术的患者135例,随机分为三组各45例。术中,对照组应用防护垫减轻受压部位的压力,研究1组和研究2组应用变温水毯垫减轻局部压力,并分别控制肩髋部温度在35.5℃、37.5℃。比较三组的压力性损伤发生率和满意度。结果研究2组的压力性损伤发生率为2.22%,低于研究1组的15.56%和对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。研究2组的CBA评分高于研究1组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肩关节镜手术中应用变温水毯垫控制肩髋部温度在37.5℃可显著降低压力性损伤发生率,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of variable temperature water blanket pad in the prevention of pressure injury of shoulder arthroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 135 patients with shoulder arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with 45 cases in each group.During the surgery,the control group used the protective pad to reduce the pressure on the compression site.The study group I and the study group I used the variable temperature water blanket pad to reduce the local pressure,and to control the shoulder-hip temperature at 35.5 C and 37.5℃,respectively.The incidence of pressure injury and the satisfaction degree were compared among the three groups.Results The incidence of pressure injury in the study group II was 2.22%,lower than 15.56%in the study group I and 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The CBA score of study group II was higher than that in the study group I and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of variable temperature water blanket pad to control the shoulder-hip temperature at 37.5℃in shoulder arthroscopic surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure injury and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
