摘　　要：目的探讨规范化护理结合循证护理在乳腺切除患者中的应用价值。方法70例乳腺切除患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用规范化护理结合循证护理,比较两组的不良情绪、治疗依从性及术后恢复情况。结果护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,积极配合手术、坚持功能锻炼、遵医用药率均高于对照组,卧床时间、带管时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化护理结合循证护理可改善乳腺切除患者的不良情绪,提高治疗依从性,促进术后恢复。Objective To explore the application value of standardized nursing combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with breast resection.Methods 70 patients with breast resection were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given standardized nursing combined with evidence-based nursing.The negative emotions,treatment compliance and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the rates of actively cooperating with surgery,insisting on functional exercise and compliance with medical drugs were higher than those of the control group,and the bed rest time,tube time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized nursing combined with evidence-based nursing can improve the negative emotions of patients with breast resection,improve treatment compliance and promote postoperative recovery.
